A partner on your team,
not a vendor you chase.
Pine Point Digital is founder-led by Zach Stepp. The idea is simple: help established local service businesses become the obvious choice online, with someone who actually knows their name.

I got tired of watching good owners get treated like a ticket number.
I kept meeting hardworking local service businesses who had been handed a cookie-cutter website, billed for things nobody explained, and then left to figure it all out alone. They did great work in the field and deserved to look like it online. They deserved a partner.
So I started Pine Point Digital to be that partner. Not an agency that finishes a project and vanishes, but someone who learns your business, tells you the truth, and stays in your corner as you grow.
I genuinely love this work. Watching an established local business get more of the right calls, look as credible online as they are in person, and feel proud of their name is the whole reason I do it.
How I like to work with people.
A few principles that shape every project and every conversation at Pine Point.
Relationships over transactions
The best work happens when we actually know each other. I want to be the person you call first, for years.
Honest, even when it costs me
If something is not right for your business, I will say so. No upsells you do not need, no jargon to hide behind.
Part of your team
I do not just build and leave. I stay on to keep improving things as your business grows and changes.
Focused on real results
Pretty is not enough. The goal is more trust, more of the right customers, and growth you can actually measure.
Built for established local service businesses.
My best work is with established local service businesses and the trades: roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, concrete, excavation, tree service, garage doors, foundation repair, home builders, and remodelers. Owners who already do great work and want to be the obvious choice online.
If that sounds like your business, we should talk. I take on a limited number of partners at a time so I can stay close to each one and treat their business like my own.
Let's talk about your business.
No pitch, no pressure. Just an honest conversation about where you are and where you want to go.
